Meet your teachers

Hey there! My name is Kat and I am guiding this transformative retreat. 

Trained as a Physiotherapist and Hypnotherapist in Australia, a significant part of my journey to freedom involved following my heart's whispers and making the courageous move to London on my own.

At the core of my philosophy is the understanding that everything is energy. By blending scientific and spiritual perspectives, I am committed to raising and expanding consciousness while assisting those seeking well-being and transformation. Fueled by a deep sense of responsibility, my mission is to share transformative tools for accessible growth and personal empowerment.

 

Trainings:

  • Bachelor of Applied Science Physiotherapy (University of Sydney, 2013)

  • Dry needling & Acupuncture (Sydney, 2016)

  • Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy & Strategic Psychotherapy (Institute of Applied Psychology, 2021)

 

This retreat is co-guided by Alina, a certified yoga teacher specialised in yin yoga and mindfulness practices.

A typical day

  • 7:00 am: Morning Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation

  • 8:30 am: Nutritious Vegan Breakfast

  • 10:30 am: Masterclass on Stable attribution & Hypnotherapy session

  • 12:30 pm: Lunch

  • 3:00 pm: Yoga and Breathwork Journey

  • 5:00 pm: reading ꩜ journaling ꩜ connecting ꩜ relaxing ꩜ hiking

  • 6:30 pm: Dinner

  • 7:30 pm: End of Day Summary & Feedback

  • 8:00 pm: Integrated learning meditation/light hypnosis
